- This app does not support DVRs from other manufacturers.
- The app uses a data stream to connect to your DVR via Wifi or 3G/4G. If you use a 3G/4G connection, your mobile phone service provider may classify the video footage from your DVR as "downloads," potentially affecting your data plan limits and usage. Additional charges may apply if you exceed your plan limits. We recommend consulting your service provider about video streaming usage and its impact on data allowances. Yale is not liable for any charges resulting from the use of this App.
